Project Idareus exists for people who are tired of stopping at discussion.
Not followers. Participants.
People have ideas. Projects have needs. Other people have knowledge, time, tools, money, relationships, and productive capacity. Idareus exists to make those things more visible to one another.
Organize around projects, not hierarchy.
A project needs enough coherence to move. It does not need permanent command. People voluntarily organize around work they care about, contribute what they can, and learn from what actually happens.
Build small. Learn fast. Document it.
Some ideas will work. Some will fail spectacularly. Both are useful if the results are visible. Failure is information.
If disagreement survives discussion, test both.
Arguments do not always need winners. Fork the idea, run competing approaches, and compare what happens.
